Program 3 – Design, Modelling and Simulation

The objective of the Design, Modelling and Simulation research program is to deliver safety and efficiency in advanced rail manufacturing as a means to enhance the competitiveness of the industry. This will be achieved through research and commercialization in the following fields – Advanced Design and Simulation, Automated Health Monitoring, Advanced Data Analysis and Information Systems, Advanced Operations Management Systems, and Energy Use Management Tools.
